01 / THE STORY

I've sat in every seat
in the ballpark.

Player. Broadcaster. Executive. Coach. Each seat teaches something different about what makes a team work—and what it takes to lead one.

Compete. Teach. Develop.

From collegiate and professional playing to coaching at Ottawa University–Arizona and Hastings College, Victor's work centers on helping athletes improve through purposeful preparation and clear standards.

Observe. Listen. Communicate.

Eighteen seasons broadcasting Major League Baseball, including eleven years as the Angels' lead television voice, plus ongoing ESPN college baseball coverage, offered an unusually close view of how teams and leaders operate.

Build. Align. Lead.

As President and General Manager of the Frisco RoughRiders and earlier Vice President and General Manager of the Newark Bears, Victor managed organizations, people, operations, and the demands of delivering results.

THE EXECUTIVE Leading organizations and serving communities

The through line is simple: great organizations develop people, establish standards, and follow through on the details.

02 / THE WORK

Build the standard.
Develop the player.

Current results and repeatable systems: a 15-win first-year improvement, national recruiting, intentional development, and a culture that holds up under pressure.
